The Program Manager will drive programs across the full lifecycle-from concept through design, implementation, testing, qualification, and on-time delivery-while proactively identifying risks, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and enabling overall team success.

This role partners closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and operations to support the design, development, and implementation of power conversion systems, surge suppressor and PUD, with a focus on online double-conversion Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) products.

  • Conduct stage-gate meetings, reviews, and decision checkpoints
  • Manage Change Control Board (CCB) activities and ensure proper change governance
  • Provide accurate and timely program status reporting throughout the lifecycle
  • Maintain clear and transparent communication with stakeholders regarding progress, risks, and key decisions
  • Manage prototype parts and coordinate material procurement through close interaction with vendors.
  • Ensure achievement of program objectives including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team performance
  • Implement corrective actions and program interventions to meet performance targets

  • Strong knowledge of program management processes, including stage-gate methodologies
  • Experience working in electronic product design and manufacturing environments, preferably in power electronics or UPS systems

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with power converters and UL requirements is highly desirable
  • Strong problem-solving skills, engineering knowledge, and ability to exercise independent judgment
  • Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong organizational, written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Project (or equivalent tools)
  • PMP certification preferred

What's in It for You:

  • Competitive compensation, including holiday pay and paid time off
  • Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings account (HSA) with company contribution
  • Life and disability insurance, and family medical leave

  • Employee assistance program
  • A fast-paced, innovative environment where you can make a meaningful impact
