  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Management Consultant, or similar role with a strong business focus.
  • Proven track record in transformation, process improvement, or strategic initiatives.
  • Proficiency in business process mapping and optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills and a talent for stakeholder management.
  • Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and actionable plans.
  • Experience in financial services is preferred.
