Job Description:
Business Process Architecture & Transformation
  • Lead enterprise-wide B2B transformation initiatives focused on Quote-to-Cash (QTC), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Revenue Operations.
  • Analyze current-state business processes and define future-state scalable process architectures.
  • Design optimized workflows for order capture, fulfillment, orchestration, amendments, renewals, and billing.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to standardize and streamline operational processes across sales, finance, operations, and customer success.
  • Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
Salesforce Revenue Cloud & Order Orchestration
  • Drive functional design and implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions.
  • Define orchestration flows for complex B2B product ordering and fulfillment scenarios.
  • Work with Salesforce architects and development teams to configure:
    • Product Catalogs
    • Pricing & CPQ workflows
    • Order Management processes
    • Contract lifecycle management
    • Subscription and recurring revenue models
    • Order orchestration and fulfillment logic
  • Support integration design between Salesforce Revenue Cloud and ERP, billing, fulfillment, and CRM systems.
  • Ensure end-to-end process traceability across quoting, ordering, invoicing, provisioning, and renewals.
Process Modeling & Documentation
  • Create detailed business process maps, swimlane diagrams, SOPs, and workflow documentation.
  • Develop business capability models and operational process frameworks.
  • Define business rules, exception handling, SLAs, and governance standards.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
Stakeholder & Program Collaboration
  • Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and validate process designs.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Salesforce teams, QA, and PMO organizations.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release activities.
  • Support organizational change management and business adoption initiatives.
