Job Description Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a Business Process Engineer for a longterm contract engagement supporting one of our valued client partners in Milwaukee. This role offers the opportunity to design and enhance workflow solutions that improve business efficiency and user experience. The primary responsibility of this role is development on the Appian platform, supporting the design, implementation, and improvement of business process workflows.

This role collaborates closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to deliver effective, userfocused solutions. Key Responsibilities Participate in the development and implementation of automated workflow solutions using various technologies (e.g., Java, JavaScript, C#, SSIS) Contribute to solutions that address business needs and improve user experience Extract, analyze, and interpret data to support informed decisionmaking Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating when appropriate Apply established coding standards and best practices to support solution reliability Conduct manual and/or automated testing to verify functional requirements Identify and prepare appropriate data to support testing scenarios Build productive working relationships with team members, crossfunctional partners, sponsors, and other stakeholders Communicate clearly with both technical and nontechnical audiences Partner with vendor teams to support platform integration and ongoing maintenance The base range for this contract position is $55.00 - $75.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S
