The right person for this role can demonstrate holistic ownership on documenting and solving technical challenges paired with deploying actionable initiatives and a creative set of solutions to drive an end-to-end operating structure built to stick in a fast-paced, resource-limited environment that enables the Atlanta site teams to produce at scale. • Guide teams through the rollout process and implementation for their specific area of responsibility, establish and document current workflows, identify process execution bottlenecks, track progress, and design/facilitate future-state operational models.
  • Communicate the importance of business process design and how it contributes to production success to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Identify and support tailored communication strategies to match stakeholder interests.
  • Articulate process flow readiness to cross-functional audiences. Create and maintain Lucid/Visio visualizations that synthesize information to highlight risks and escalate them to leadership.
  • Facilitate process phase gate evaluations alongside teams. Shape presentation/process flow content and guide messaging to cross-functional stakeholders. Provide feedback on best practices and lessons learned to help define what good looks like.
  • Foster adoption and make business processes and frameworks actionable by recommending tactical resources to implement them.
  • Build relationships and influence change. Collaborate closely with engineers, technicians, and program managers to deeply understand their pain points, needs, and workflows. Be a business process engineering support pillar, advocating for decisions and actions in the best interest of the team.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, manufacturing operations, industrial engineering, change management, project management, program management, or engineering transformation
  • Strong business acumen together with knowledge of hardware and manufacturing domains.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence across all levels and disciplines (individual contributor to senior leadership, Program Management to Supply Chain to Design Engineering, etc.).
  • Process thinker with a business impact mindset. A desire to learn new things without fear of jumping in.
  • U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven ability to guide cross-functional teams through structural upgrades and coaching teams on continuous improvement.
