We are excited to invite applications for the role of Process Coordinator in our Strategic Partners Group at our St. Louis, MO office. We are seeking a collaborative, customer service-oriented individual with great project coordination and communication skills.   As a Process Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing electronically and manually submitted claim/job assignments for our CCA Global Members, contacting contractors and flooring stores regarding accepting claim assignments, contacting customers to provide claim assignment information, and processing electronic claim update records.  As part of our dynamic team, you’ll enjoy a hybrid work schedule, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays and collaborate in the office from Tuesdays through Thursdays.
Our Process Coordinator will:
  • Process all claims/jobs received, assuring all notes and preferences are reviewed prior to assignment to CCA member(s), and make outbound calls as required or to verify assignment information and/or acceptance. 
  • Process electronically received claim/job updates from assigned CCA member and/or generated by other integrated systems verifying accuracy of information.
  • Handle and reconcile assignment records to assure every new claim/job is properly recorded and/or assigned in our internal CTS system. 
  • Assist with daily incoming department email communications, including system generated confirmations and necessary assignment updates.
  • Assist with essential administrative tasks and reporting projects that support operational accuracy, workflow continuity, and timely service delivery.

Do our requirements match YOUR background?
  • At least 1-2 years’ related customer service experience. Data entry or insurance claim handling experience is a plus.
  • Superior organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate in a courteous, tactful, and concise manner.
  • Understanding of importance of prompt, unemotional response to customer, management and staff needs; ability to maintain confidentiality; ability to properly search for and enter information and listen objectively and use reason.
  • Comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to learn new software systems easily and have strong Microsoft Office skills, inclusive of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Work well under pressure and treat others with respect and consideration.
