We are seeking a Senior Data & Business Process Specialist to drive process improvement, ERP adoption, and data quality initiatives across the organization. This highly collaborative role partners with leaders across Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Customer Service, and other functional areas to improve business processes, strengthen data governance, and optimize system utilization.


The ideal candidate combines expertise in business process improvement, ERP systems, and data governance, along with strong project coordination skills, to drive meaningful operational improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
  • Candidates with an Associate's degree and significant relevant experience (8+ years) will also be considered.


Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business process improvement, business systems, operations, or related roles.
  • Strong experience working within ERP systems required; NetSuite experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of master data management and data governance concepts.
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or consumer products environments preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience developing process documentation, workflows, SOPs, and training materials.
