The Role: Business Performance Lead
The Business Performance Lead role supports a multitude of business performance initiatives across the enterprise. This role is directly responsible for work products including but not limited to process capture, design and implementation, system implementation requirement capture, change management and coordination between initiatives requiring program management.

What You'll Get To Do
  • Leads analysis of business process, systems, and workflows to build recommendations on efficiency improvements in the operating model
  • Supports data model considerations during system and functional workflow design, building to future resiliency standards
  • Designs future-state processes with input from key stakeholders focused on measurable ROI
  • Supports the design and implementation of KPIs associated with process improvements (e.g., throughput, capacity planning, resource management)
  • Implements process improvements and standards across enterprise initiatives
  • Collects and manages requirements associated with enterprise system implementations, serving as primary liaison between departments and work functions
What You Have
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst or business performance role
  • Demonstrated experience in complex process design and requirements management, analysis, and executive presentations
  • Preferred background in manufacturing or aerospace and defense
  • Experience using basic analytics tools such as Power BI, Excel, or equivalent platforms
What Will Set You Apart
  • Background at leading management consulting firms (e.g., BCG, Deloitte, KPMG, Accenture) or direct experience in manufacturing scenarios as a Business Analyst
  • Experience working within AS9100 or ISO9001 quality management standards
  • Background in manufacturing facilities and scaled manufacturing processes
Location:
This is a full-time salaried position with the flexibility of working remotely or from our headquarters located on the Ellington Air Field in Houston, Texas.
