You will work at the intersection of data, finance, and cross-functional collaboration, turning numbers into insights that truly matter. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • You calculate and validate incentive and bonus payouts based on defined program rules, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
  • You prepare recurring and ad hoc reports to track performance metrics and support the execution of incentive programs across departments
  • You extract, clean, and validate data using Excel and SQL, leverage AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Codex to accelerate data workflows, and contribute to maintaining dashboards in tools such as Tableau or Google Looker
  • You collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on bonus calculations and program outcomes
  • You identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automate processes, and enhance existing reporting and calculation tools
  • You maintain accurate records of payouts and adjustments, ensuring full adherence to company policies and audit requirements

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Experience: You bring experience in incentive, compensation, or bonus program management, ideally within rental car, travel, or service-based industries
  • Education: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
  • Tools & Systems: You are proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation) with basic to intermediate SQL knowledge; experience with Tableau or Google Looker is a strong plus
  • Data & AI: You have foundational knowledge of AI and cloud-based tools such as Claude, AWS, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex, or Amazon Redshift
  • Analytical Skills: You combine strong problem-solving abilities with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
