PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Marketing Communication Business Partner, Clinician Services is an enterprise role serving as the dedicated marketing and communications liaison for clinicians across the Pediatric Associates Family of Companies (PAFC).
This role translates clinical and operational priorities into clear, engaging, brand-aligned communications; equips the clinical recruitment team with compelling marketing assets; and drives clinician engagement across every brand in the portfolio. The role requires the ability to partner independently with clinical leaders, clinical education stakeholders, and the recruitment team while leveraging centralized marketing resources and the established PAFC brand and design system.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This list may not include all of the duties that may be assigned.
Clinical Communications:
  1. Serve as the communications lead for the Clinical Compass Weekly (CCW), owning editorial planning, content development, layout, design, and distribution on a consistent weekly cadence.
  1. Partner with clinical education stakeholders and document owners to translate clinical, quality, and operational content into concise, brand-aligned one-pagers, cheat sheets, and newsletter features.
  1. Develop and produce a regular, recurring podcast to accompany the CCW, featuring clinician leaders and reinforcing key clinical topics across the enterprise.
  1. Maintain and evolve the clinician communication templates, editorial framework, and visual identities so every delivery reinforces and builds trust around the established PAFC brand.

Clinical Recruitment Marketing:
  1. Serve as the embedded marketing partner to the clinical recruitment team, supporting the attraction and hiring of pediatric clinicians across all brands.
  1. Develop recruitment marketing collateral, including digital and print creative, job-post copy, campaign assets, event materials, and employer-brand storytelling.
  1. Build and manage clinician-facing recruitment campaigns across channels with heavy focus on LinkedIn content and amplification; produce clinician testimonial and culture content that positions PAFC as an employer of choice.

Clinician Engagement - Cross-Brand:
  1. Design and execute engagement initiatives that connect, inform, and celebrate clinicians across every brand in the PAFC portfolio.
  1. Develop internal communications that reinforce a unified clinical culture while respecting and elevating the distinct identity of each sub-brand.
  1. Establish and manage clinician feedback mechanisms that close the loop between what clinicians raise and what the organization acts on.

Brand Stewardship and Collaboration:
  1. Uphold brand standards and design-system consistency across all clinician-facing materials.
  1. Partner across Marketing, Clinician Recruitment, and Operations to coordinate messaging and leverage centralized resources; manage multiple concurrent projects to a professional, publication-ready standard.
  1. Track and report on marketing, communication and engagement performance to measure impact and inform continuous improvement.

  • Understanding of recruitment marketing and employer branding, plus multi-channel communications (email, digital, social, print); knowledge of healthcare regulations and HIPAA.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
