This opportunity is designed for a strategic operator who thrives in high-growth environments and enjoys building operational infrastructure where processes do not yet exist. Reporting directly to executive leadership, this role combines customer deployment ownership, operational strategy, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration to support the successful implementation of advanced AI solutions.The ideal candidate possesses an ownership mentality, exceptional analytical capabilities, and the confidence to solve complex operational challenges while managing multiple customer deployments from initiation through optimization.Key Responsibilities
  • Own customer deployments from project kickoff through successful implementation and long-term optimization
  • Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and customer success metrics
  • Deploy AI solutions into customer environments and optimize performance using operational insights
  • Design scalable operational processes supporting multi-site customer implementations
  • Build workflows, documentation, and repeatable systems where standardized processes do not yet exist
