Job description

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to join our Procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies to improve our cost structure, the quality of our products, and the reliability of our supply chain. You will play a leading role in supporting innovation through new product development and the management of Third-Party Production products and vendors. You will have key responsibilities over SKU ideation and onboarding, vendor selection and relationships, price negotiations and contract management, capacity planning, end-to-end strategic sourcing processes, and budgetary planning-while continuously improving our end-to-end sourcing operations.
In this role, you will help drive the strategy and framework for how the business interacts with its supplier base and have a direct stake in affecting bottom-line profitability.
What you will own...
Supplier & Network Strategy
Execute defined sourcing strategies that align with company growth objectives, innovation priorities, and financial targets. Support the optimization of a scalable third-party manufacturing and supplier network, identifying operational capability gaps and proposing mitigation plans. Apply industry knowledge to manage supplier segmentations and performance frameworks that drive improvements in quality, service, and cost competitiveness.
Innovation & New Product Commercialization
  • Partner closely with Product, Culinary, Operations, and Commercial teams to unlock supplier and manufacturing capabilities for new concepts.
  • Own the execution of the strategic sourcing process for new product development from initial concept through successful commercialization.
  • Balance customer experience, operational complexity, and profitability when onboarding new SKUs and suppliers.

Financial Performance & Cost Leadership
  • Manage individual sourcing contributions to annual business planning and team financial targets.
  • Implement cost optimization initiatives and execute supplier negotiations to improve margins.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and contract management for mid to high value agreements, balancing financial savings with long-term supplier partnerships.

Supply Chain Resilience & Risk Management
  • Execute proactive risk management and supply continuity strategies across assigned suppliers and manufacturing partners.
  • Hold suppliers accountable through established performance metrics, service level agreements, and corrective action programs.
  • Proactively manage and resolve day-to-day operational, quality and supply conflicts as they arise.

Process Excellence & Data Analytics
  • Drive iterations and continuous improvement of sourcing processes, supplier onboarding frameworks, and category management guidelines of a team level.
  • Leverage data and analytics to build data driven solutions and inform strategic decision making.

At a Minimum, You Have...
  • 4+ years of relevant experience working in supply chain operations, strategic sourcing, or procurement-ideally within the food or third-party manufacturing industry; or equivalent experience in operations strategy-focused management consulting
  • An undergraduate degree, preferably in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
  • Fluency in Google Suite applications (especially Google Sheets)
  • A track record of successfully leading large initiatives and sourcing events through strategic sourcing processes
  • Experience with high value contract negotiations
  • Flexibility to travel as needed (up to 20%), with destinations determined by business need
