Summary:

HomeTown Services is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to support our growing multi-brand home services business. This role will work closely with the Director of Marketing Operations and other members of the marketing operations team to support the execution of marketing initiatives, manage operational processes, support reporting and analytics, coordinate website projects, and ensure marketing programs are delivered accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data and technology, and can manage multiple projects across HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Home Services brands.

This is an operations-focused role that bridges marketing, technology, analytics, customer experience, and business operations.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Marketing Operations & Project Management

  • Coordinate day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives across multiple brands.
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, deliverables, and status updates.
  • Support agency, vendor, and internal stakeholder communications.
  • Track marketing requests and ensure completion within established deadlines.
  • Assist with rollout and quality assurance of marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Maintain marketing calendars and campaign schedules.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
  • Assist with marketing KPI tracking, including:
    • Leads
    • Bookings
    • Revenue
    • Conversion rates
    • Campaign performance
    • Website performance
  • Gather data from platforms such as:
    • ServiceTitan
    • Marketing Pro
    • Google Analytics
    • Search Console
    • Searchlight
    • Snowflake reporting environments
  • Identify data discrepancies and escalate issues for resolution.
  • Support executive-level reporting and presentation preparation.

Website & Digital Experience Support

  • Assist with website content updates across multiple WordPress properties.
  • Coordinate QA testing of website changes and enhancements.
  • Validate forms, call tracking numbers, scheduling tools, chat tools, and conversion paths.
  • Support SEO initiatives including:
    • Metadata updates
    • FAQ deployment
    • Local page optimization
    • Schema implementation projects
  • Document website issues and coordinate resolution with internal and external teams.

Marketing Technology Support

  • Assist with campaign set-up and execution within Marketing Pro and any other marketing automation platforms.
  • Support customer segmentation and audience creation.
  • Maintain campaign documentation and process guides.
  • Assist with database hygiene and customer data management.
  • Coordinate testing of marketing technology integrations and new features.
  • Support SMS, email, chat, and customer communication programs.

Data Quality & Attribution

  • Monitor campaign tracking and attribution accuracy.
  • Audit campaign naming conventions and tracking parameters.
  • Assist with call tracking governance.
  • Validate campaign setup across platforms.
  • Support initiatives focused on improving marketing attribution and reporting accuracy.

Cross Functional Collaboration
