This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the Site Business Excellence Manager. Trusted consultant, facilitator, and coach to site-leadership, peers, and hourly associates. Project and program management expert with clear mastery of green belt lean systems tools, with the ability to lead an organization through execution and sustainment. Learn-by-doing teacher with a bias for action and direct accountability to respective site results. Expected to support multiple sites on key projects, tools, or initiatives as needed for personal and company development in our operational excellence journey.Responsibilities:Achieves results and brings out the best in the organization by:Owns the site's continuous improvement roadmap and culture development with strong dotted-line responsibility to the site leaderModels behavior expected of the team - creator of vision, purpose, and measurement against perfection, not budgets or historical performanceDirectly leads the roll-out and implementation of chosen Lean-based tools consistent with Pharmavite Operational Excellence Vitality System.Manages and measures work; lays out and executes clear strategies for project & change managementLeads site cost/inventory/improvement savings, development, and adherence to prioritization and tracking.Partners with finance and industrial engineering organizations on developing approaches to improve understanding of losses and waste consistent with the Zero-Based Analysis approachSupports analysis of operational and financial performance and translates the information into meaningful metrics, feedback, and actionActs as a guide for consistent Daily Operations approach across facilities, including: Review and response for corrective actions as part of daily meetings, shift handoff, and action item creation (PDCA).Champions and partners with plant management to engage the hourly workforce in driving daily improvementsCreates an energizing work environment that supports the Company's high-performance culture while ensuring an efficient and flexible organizationEffective communicator across levels; motivator of hourly employees who can manage vision and purpose as the operational excellence champion for the siteEducation:Requires a four-year college or university degree in supply chain, engineering, accounting, or chemistry/biology, or related field, or equivalent (3-5 years) operational excellence/continuous improvement relevant experience.Certification:Dependent on site needs and current state in organizational roadmap - various certifications and/or implementation experiences may be relevant and/or required.
