the company is hiring a Senior Business Operations Manager to drive critical initiatives to help the Operations team execute and scale. You will run complex workstreams from planning through to execution, partnering closely with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Hardware, Quality, Membership Services, and Business Systems to solve operational challenges and deliver measurable business impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings structure to ambiguity, and is motivated by delivering high-quality execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex operational workstreams, ensuring projects are executed on time, risks are proactively managed, and business objectives are achieved.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Hardware, Quality, Membership Services, and Business Systems to coordinate initiative execution and improve operational performance.
  • Build and maintain project plans, operating cadences, status reporting, and documentation that enable teams to execute effectively.
  • Analyze operational data, identify opportunities for process improvements, and implement scalable solutions that increase efficiency and execution quality.
  • Identify execution risks early, develop mitigation plans, and independently drive issues to resolution with minimal guidance.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, program management, supply chain, consulting, or a related field within a high-growth or technology-enabled company.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing or consumer electronics operations is preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Slides, Slack, Smartsheets, and other similar project management tools.
  • Proven ability to independently own and deliver complex projects or workstreams from planning through execution with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple cross-functional priorities simultaneously while maintaining high-quality execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to identify opportunities and drive informed decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a proactive approach to identifying risks, communicating progress, and driving accountability.
  • Effective communicator who collaborates well across functions and builds trusted working relationships through reliability, ownership, and follow-through.
  • High degree of ownership, adaptability, and urgency, ready to roll up your sleeves and make things happen
  • Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions

This role is based in the the company office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000 - $150,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.

In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.

These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidateโ€™s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the roleโ€™s requirements.
