Job description

Program Manager

We are seeking a Program Manager to support manufacturing operations and serve as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external customers. This role is responsible for keeping production programs on track, managing timelines, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring projects move efficiently from planning through completion.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing-driven environment and strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain schedule adherence. Candidates with aerospace, automotive, military, or heavy equipment industry experience are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage program schedules, timelines, and production deliverables
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers and internal departments
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects stay on pace
  • Monitor program milestones and communicate status updates regularly
  • Support production planning and execution efforts
  • Track KPIs and overall program progress
  • Identify risks and help drive resolution plans
  • Coordinate program changes and maintain configuration control processes
  • Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and leadership teams to support project success
  • Assist with planning, testing, and production readiness activities as needed

Qualifications
