Business Operations Manager

Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Reports To: President

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to oversee key business functions and support the continued growth of a well-established Oklahoma company. This position will work directly with the President and play a critical role in managing operations, human resources, accounting administration, and recruiting efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily business operations and improve processes and efficiencies.
  • Support company leadership with strategic initiatives and business planning.
  • Manage HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, benefits coordination, and compliance.
  • Oversee accounting administration including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, and reporting.
  • Lead recruiting efforts for office, field, and leadership positions.
  • Track key performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Assist with vendor management, administrative functions, and special projects.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in operations management, business management, office management, or a related leadership role.
  • Experience overseeing multiple business functions including operations, HR, accounting, and recruiting.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Financial acumen with experience reviewing budgets, reporting, and business performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Construction, service, manufacturing, or trade industry experience is preferred.
