About the Senior Business Operations Manager:

MarketStar is looking for a Senior Business Operations Manager to support the Reddit program, one of MarketStar's largest and most complex client environments. This role serves as the dedicated operational leader for the program, leading initiatives that improve execution, scalability, consistency, and business performance while developing a team of Junior Business Operations Managers.

Location: Ogden, Utah (Hybrid)

What Will You Do?

  • Identify and prioritize high-impact operational opportunities across the Reddit program.

  • Translate Reddit business objectives into executable operational strategies and initiatives.

  • Lead operational improvement efforts from assessment through implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization.

  • Establish success metrics and evaluate outcomes to ensure measurable business impact.

  • Analyze workflows and business processes to identify opportunities that improve efficiency, quality, scalability, and employee experience.

  • Conduct workflow observations and operational assessments to identify root causes affecting performance.

  • Serve as a strategic business partner to Reddit and MarketStar leadership, providing recommendations based on operational analysis, business insights, workflow observations, and performance trends.

  • Provide visibility into operational risks, opportunities, dependencies, and emerging business needs.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Junior Business Operations Managers supporting the Reddit program.

  • Establish priorities, operating rhythms, and performance expectations across the Reddit Business Operations team.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Coach team members in structured problem-solving, operational analysis, project leadership, and stakeholder management.

  • Develop operational measurement frameworks that provide visibility into program health and performance.

  • Identify emerging operational challenges before they become business risks and translate frontline realities into actionable recommendations.

  • Other applicable duties as assigned.

What Will You Need to Succeed?

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Program Management, Management Consulting, or a related discipline.

  • 3+ years of people leadership experience.

  • Experience supporting large-scale, revenue-generating organizations.

  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Operational Excellence, or similar methodologies.

  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and projects.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • A track record of solving systemic business problems, building scalable processes, driving measurable outcomes, and developing high-performing teams.

Compensation Range: $75,000 - $80,000 USD

The salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $80,000 USD annually.
