Business Operations Intern
StudyFetch • Beverly Hills, CA (In-office) • Fall 2026 • Part-time • Paid
THE ROLE
This is a hands-on business operations role, reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, Lauren. You'll work across the team on the processes, tools, and projects that keep the business running smoothly. The work spans internal operations, vendor and tool management, and cross-team coordination. Start date is August 17th.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Support day-to-day business operations, keeping processes organized and moving forward
  • Help manage and evaluate the tools and vendors we rely on, from research to onboarding
  • Coordinate across teams to keep projects on track and unblock day-to-day work
  • Build and maintain documentation for internal processes and workflows
  • Help with scheduling, reporting, and other administrative and operational office needs
  • Take on ad hoc projects as priorities shift, from research to process improvements
  • Sit in on strategy meetings and contribute ideas - your perspective matters at StudyFetch

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program (rising senior or recent grad preferred)
  • Genuinely interested in business operations, strategy, or how startups run
  • Strong written communicator who is clear and direct
  • Organized and dependable, able to track a lot of moving pieces without dropping them
  • Self-starter who can move without being told every step
  • Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
  • Bonus: familiar with tools like Notion, Asana, or similar project management platforms
