This Position reports to:

Vice-President Operations ELIP Canada

We are looking for anExecutive Assistantto support our Canadian leadership team within our Electrification, Installation Products (ELIP) division. As their right hand, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with dynamic leaders in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

This position contributes to ABB Canada's Electrification, Installation Products division and is based inSaint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.

The work model isprimarily on-site, with occasional opportunities to work remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars:Coordinate and maintain the schedules of the leadership team, ensuring priorities and commitments are effectively managed.
  • Plan travel and manage expenses:Prioritize and coordinate seamless travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Accurately process and track expense reports.
  • Coordinate on-site and off-site events and activities:Plan and execute engaging events and various meetings. Organize content for meetings, information sessions, and surveys, ensuring that all details are taken care of.
  • Support various tasks and projects:Assist with a variety of initiatives, including donations and sponsorships management and philanthropic activities. On-site support may be required at events, depending on business needs.
  • Manage invoices, purchase orders, payments, and other administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in French and English:Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages are required, as the successful candidate will regularly interact with colleagues globally.
  • Interpersonal adaptability and emotional intelligence:Ability to adapt your approach to the working styles of different leaders and colleagues, demonstrate tact and sound judgment, and build and maintain relationships based on trust in a dynamic environment.
  • Organization, anticipation, and initiative:Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, anticipate needs, take proactive action, and ensure smooth execution of tasks.
  • Technology proficiency:Proficiency with office software and digital tools, with the ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies.
  • Openness, flexibility, and a collaborative mindset.
