We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and can pivot quickly between priorities without losing momentum.

What We're Looking For:

  • Update product listings, pricing, and inventory availability on the website or B2B portal
  • Reconcile ERP, price list, and web catalog data to identify and correct discrepancies

  • Solicit and compare freight quotes across carriers and forwarders (LTL, FTL, parcel, ocean/air as applicable)
  • Evaluate quotes for cost, transit time, and service reliability
  • Book shipments with selected carriers andsharerequired documentation
  • Track shipments in transit and proactively flag delays or exceptions
  • Communicate shipment status and ETAs to internal stakeholders and customers
  • Maintain carrier rate records and monitor service performance (on-time delivery, damage/claims)

General Administrative & Ops Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across the Operations team as priorities shift (data entry, filing, scheduling, correspondence)
  • Assistwith ad hoc projects, reporting, and process documentation as the business evolves
  • Step in to cover gaps across adjacent functions during peak periods, team transitions, or unplanned absences
  • Support process improvement initiatives and help formalize SOPs as workflows mature

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in logistics, ERP administration, supply chain, or general operations support
  • Working knowledge of logistics, transportation, and freight coordination
  • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data cleanup, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Experience in a distribution, wholesale, consumer products, or logistics environment is preferred
  • Demonstrated adaptability, with experience supporting multiple functions or working in a rapidly changing environment
  • Bonus: Exposure to EDI transactions, freight rate-shopping tools, or wholesale/B2B pricing structures

Core Competencies:

  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Adaptability and comfort with change
  • Process ownership, accountability, and follow-through
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Cross-functional communication and collaboration
  • Problem-solving under time pressure, including shipment delays, data discrepancies, and shifting priorities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and accuracy
  • Comfort working across multiple systems, processes, and business functions simultaneously
  • Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach to improving workflows and operational efficiency
