Position Summary...What you'll do...Support day-to-day operations for Walmart’s eCommerce Governance organization by driving organizational effectiveness, leadership alignment, and meeting management. This role will coordinate team operating rhythms, leadership communications, and key business deliverables to help ensure priorities and decisions are executed efficiently and transparently. Success in this role requires strong project management and organizational skills, executive-level communication, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:  Program Management: Drive the operational cadence for overall eCommerce activities through effective coordination across Walmart’s eCommerce organization. Responsibilities include managing leadership routines, meeting logistics, agendas and pre-reads, action-item tracking, follow-ups, and deliverables to ensure accountability, organization, and timely execution against business priorities.
  Cross-Functional Collaboration, Executive Support & Meeting Leadership: Collaborate effectively across Walmart’s eCommerce organization and engage with leadership to support organizational priorities, communication flow, and operational alignment. Confidently lead meetings across a variety of audiences, including large groups and senior leadership teams, while demonstrating strong relationship management, professionalism, executive presence, and effective communication in a high-visibility environment. Content Coordination: Manage the end-to-end process for gathering, editing, formatting, and distributing content for overall eCommerce reporting and executive communications, ensuring consistency, clarity, accuracy, and timely delivery for leadership stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement & AI Enablement: Embrace innovative tools and emerging technologies, including AI, to improve team efficiency, streamline operational processes, and enhance ways of working. Continuously identify opportunities to optimize workflows, improve communication and reporting processes, and drive operational excellence across the organization. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
