Summary:

TheMarketingOperations Coordinator provides coordination and organizational support for integrated marketing, communications, and recruitment initiatives across Illinois Central College. This rolesupportscampaign planning, follow-through, documentation, reporting, and communication across the Marketing division.

The coordinator serves as a central resource for campaign intake, planning meetings, reporting,timeline tracking, SharePoint organization,proofreading,and recurring workflows. This role collaborates with Admissions, Web Services, Events, and divisional leadership to support campaign execution and improve visibility across projects and initiatives.

Compensation for the Coordinator - Marketing Operations is $47,240-$52,041.60.

Essential Functions:

  • Partner with the Marketing Recruitment Strategistand divisional leaders to coordinate campaign intake/kickoff meetings,project timelines,progress report-outs,action lists,and retrospectivesfor marketing, communications, and recruitmentcampaigns andinitiatives,and documentthese activities in the project management system.

  • Coordinate collection and organization of campaign metrics, KPI tracking information, client feedback surveys, ROI documentation, and lessons learned summaries.

  • Maintain divisional campaign calendarsand status updates, recurring communications schedules, and operational tracking tools.

  • Maintain and organize divisionalSharePoint resources, server archives, photo release management, templates, process guides, and operational files.

  • Support the division and its leaders with proofreading, meeting coordination and scheduling, notecapturingand meeting summaries.

  • Manage Workdaypurchase orders, invoice processing,andcredit card transactionson behalf of the division.

  • Perform related duties as required.

Essential Functions:

  • Associate'sdegree in communications, business, marketing, office administration, organizational leadership, project management, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination,operations support, administrative coordination,communications support, campaign coordination, or related work.

  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple timelines, recurring responsibilities, and operational details.

  • Ability to organize information,maintaindocumentation, and support operational processes with attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively,maintainprofessionalism, and support positive working relationships across departments and teams.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office applications including Teams, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting marketing, communications, recruitment, campaign coordination, or operational support activities.

  • ExperiencemaintainingSharePoint sites, operational documentation systems, or project tracking tools.

  • Experience coordinating meetings, timelines, reporting processes, or recurring operational workflows.

  • Excellent proofreading ability,confidence in flagging issueswith leadership.

  • Experience working in higher education, recruiting,marketing/communications,orpublic-sectorenvironments.

  • Familiarity with campaign planning processes,communicationsworkflows, and/orCustomer Relationship Management (CRM)systems.
