Job description

Summary
The Sales and Operations Coordinator is the primary contact for customers and crews and is responsible for scheduling installations with subcontractors and customers to ensure efficient operations and timely completions. Along with resolving scheduling conflicts and communicating changes to ensure all parties are informed. The Project Scheduler/Dispatcher ensures that targeted revenue goals are achieved.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Contact customers to coordinate installation dates and update expectations on time line.
  • Review contract with customers and run through important day-of-install information expectations.
  • Develops and maintains project timelines, coordinates resources, and tracks progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Adjusting schedules and plans in response to unforeseen events or changing priorities.
  • Notify utility companies (i.e., JULIE) of upcoming installations so that underground public utilities are marked in time for installation.
  • Use internal CRM to record all communications, project tasks, and timeline adjustments.
  • Keep up to date on village codes and inspection requirements.
  • Assist with inventory control.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Maintains a safe work environment.
  • Performs job functions safely at all times.
  • Participates in all safety meetings.
  • Communicates all concerns or violations to appropriate manager(s) immediately.
  • Uses the proper Personal Protective Equipment when performing work duties. Employee wears the proper shoes, glasses, gloves, ear protection, etc. Employee is properly attired to perform their job safely (no loose-fitting clothes, unsafe jewelry, etc.).
  • Disposes of waste properly.
  • Abides by all local, state, and Federal laws; reads, understands, and agrees to follow the policies outlined in the Company Safety Manual and Company Handbook.
