Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Business Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will work cross-functionally across various operational domains, including trade operations, finance, legal, stakeholder management, business operations, and revenue operations. The Operations Manager will be responsible for kickstarting and managing key operational areas, facilitating smooth handover of responsibilities to specialized hires as the company grows, and continuing to serve as the cross-functional link, ensuring seamless operations across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partnership Operations
    • Support the management of relationships with liquidity and banking partners.
    • Assist in partner onboarding and retention initiatives, targeting 3 banking partners per currency in active regions by Q4 2025.
    • Contribute to the development of partner performance metrics and scoring.
  • Revenue Operations
    • Monitor and analyze client wallet share and transaction volumes.
    • Assist in implementing strategies to improve CAC and LTV.
    • Support upsell/cross-sell initiatives to increase ARPU.
  • Finance & Accounting Support
    • Support the finance team with daily, weekly, and monthly operational processes
    • Assist in streamlining financial workflows and identifying automation opportunities
    • Contribute to the development of real-time financial reporting dashboards
    • Support cash flow management initiatives by providing operational insights
  • Legal & Regulatory Operations
    • Assist in licensing applications and renewals across multiple jurisdictions.
    • Optimize client onboarding & KYB, targeting 90% automation by Q3 2025.
    • Increase automation of compliance workstreams to 90%+.
    • Oversee timely submission of all regulatory reports.
  • Business Operations
    • Help translate high-level strategy into actionable plans and KPIs.
    • Identify and implement process improvements across functions.
    • Contribute to market research and competitive analysis efforts.
    • Support investor relations activities as needed.
  • Trade Operations Support
    • Execute and optimize daily FX settlements, with 100% automation by Q4 2025.
    • Manage EOD trade reconciliations, targeting 0% error rates on settlements.
    • Monitor and maintain 95%+ working capital utilization.
    • Implement and refine risk management protocols to support 99.9% uptime.
