About This Role

We’re looking for a full-time Operations Assistant to support the administrative and analytical side of our business. This role is perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and enjoys making order out of chaos.

Your mission? Help us streamline our systems, track key metrics, and keep things running like a well-oiled machine.


You’re a Great Fit If You:

✔️ Love working with spreadsheets, systems, and checklists
✔️ Have experience with data entry, reporting, and light bookkeeping
✔️ Are organized, reliable, and can spot small details most people miss

✔️ Are comfortable learning new software and platforms (experience with CRMs is a plus)


Core Responsibilities:

✅ Enter, track, and verify data across multiple platforms (CRM, spreadsheets, internal systems)
✅ Generate reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and clinic metrics
✅ Support billing, invoicing, and reconciliation processes
✅ Maintain accurate client records and administrative documentation
✅ Identify workflow inefficiencies and offer solutions to improve them
✅ Assist in light project management and system implementation
✅ Coordinate internal communications and follow-through on tasks
✅ Support other admin team members as needed
