The Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role requires a detail-oriented, analytical individual who can take initiative, multitask effectively, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. The Business Analyst will collaborate with clients, vendors, IT teams, leadership, and operations to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Gatherย andย documentย businessย requirementsย fromย stakeholdersย toย understandย their needsย andย objectives.
  • Createย detailedย documentationย ofย requirements,ย workflows,ย andย outcomesย to support project developmentย andย implementation.
  • Proposeย andย implementย solutionsย thatย alignย withย businessย goals,ย enhancing operational efficiency andย effectiveness.
  • Generateย reportsย toย communicateย findingsย andย insightsย effectivelyย toย stakeholders and management.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key systems and processes.
