Your role at Clorox:
At Clorox, we are seeking a Manufacturing Operations Leader to oversee all plant operations, driving high performance while ensuring compliance with global standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead manufacturing operations to achieve productivity, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions for process deviations.
  • Drive Global Manufacturing Excellence (GME) initiatives, including TRACC, TPM, and Lean, to foster continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute strategies to reduce losses and waste through Process Improvement Projects (PIPs).
  • Supervise and develop operations personnel, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and excellence.
  • Ensure innovation and compliance in Process Safety Management (PSM).
  • Collaborate with the Plant Leadership Team to deliver breakthrough process and capability improvements.
  • Manage budgets, cost-reduction projects, and documentation of key processes.

What we look for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/packaging environments.
  • Advanced level of English
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to drive change and challenge the status quo.

  • Strong planning, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
