About the Team The mission of creator and affiliate product team is to design and build products that help creators to promote merchandise to TikTok users. This includes creator platform and tools, marketplaces, with product strategy that ultimately drives sales for merchants. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals. Job Responsibilities: - Merchandise & Category Oversight: Assist in formulating full-lifecycle merchandise strategies; familiar with hit sku logic, enhance category merchandise supply and price competitiveness; possess professional category knowledge and insights, master competitor strategies and tactics, anticipate industry trends; - Full-Lifecycle Merchant Operations: Develop merchant recruitment and support plans; familiar with overseas managed/semi-managed products and support workflows, improve merchant sign-up and renewal rates; effectively resolve merchant issues; collaborate with on-site operations to boost category level-up rate; - Data Analysis & Methodology Precipitation: Proficiency in operation-related KPIs, identify core issues through multi-dimensional (category/merchant/competitor) data comparison; precipitate reusable operation methodologies, iterate the operation system continuously, possess basic business process improvement capabilities; - Teamwork & Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Participate in horizontal projects and knowledge sharing; understand the goals of partners (events/influencers/product teams, etc.), collaborate to complete complex projects and exert cross-departmental influence.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer of 2027. - Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree or above in Business, Project Management, Data Analytics, or related fields. - A team player, fast learner and open to changes. - Pays attention to detail, affinity with numbers, strong problem solving skills. - Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Intern experience in e-commerce full service/semi-managed service/merchant operations is preferred.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75- $23.75.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
