What You’ll Do: As the Marketing Associate, you’ll support both the strategy and execution of ACR’s brand, digital presence, and customer engagement efforts. You’ll collaborate closely with store teams, leadership, and vendors to make sure our messaging is consistent, meaningful, and effective. It is expected that the Marketing Associate will work a minimum of 42.5 hours per week in accordance with the standard company operating hours of 7:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as business needs arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and print
  • Develop and manage content for social media, email campaigns, website updates, printed materials and other publications to educate and engage customers.
  • Assist in managing ACR’s website and social platforms
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for co-branded materials and promotions
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints
  • Track marketing performance metrics and gather feedback from stores and customers
  • Assist with photography, video, or content collection as needed
  • Plan and execute events such as trade shows, training sessions, and customer appreciation days, strengthening relationships with contractors, vendors, and major customers.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create targeted marketing initiatives that support revenue growth and customer retention.
  • This position requires travel between stores, market areas, conventions, and tradeshows.

What You’ll Bring:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year paid experience in a marketing role
  • 1 year event planning experience
  • Current and Valid Driver’s License
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related filed (preferred)
  • 1 year graphic design experience (preferred)
  • 3 years experience in marketing in the HVAC industry (preferred)
  • Experience using design tools like Canva (preferred)
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, email campaigns, and website management
  • Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
  • Sales and relationship building skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to learn/use new technology

  • Meet physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to use hands and fingers, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Where You’ll be Working: This position works in a collaborative office setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Some overnight travel as needed. This position requires the business use of one’s personal phone.
