Marketing Associate


The Marketing Associate plays a key supporting role in the execution of marketing and administrative initiatives for Pennsylvania Lumbermens Mutual Insurance Company (PLM). This position provides operational, organizational, and creative support to the marketing team, ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns, communications, and day-to-day departmental activities. The Marketing Associate contributes to strengthening brand presence, maintaining data integrity, and supporting internal and external stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate marketing vendor relationships, including deliverables, communication, and invoice tracking
  • Coordinate customer engagement initiatives such as gifts, holiday outreach, and relationship touchpoints
  • Assist with maintaining CRM data quality, including updating contact records and correcting address or account ย ย ย ย ย information
  • Support execution of marketing campaigns, including email, mailings, and content development
  • Draft and format marketing emails, letters, and basic communications aligned with brand standards
  • Provide administrative and project support, including scheduling, file organization, and tracking deliverables
  • Enter and manage accounts payable related to marketing vendors, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
  • Help maintain marketing materials, templates, and collateral to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Support event preparation, including materials coordination and logistics, as needed
