Job description

Everforth ECS is seeking a Business Management Analyst to work in our Crane, IN office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon additional funding.
ECS is seeking a candidate to provide business management and analytical support to our Navy System Warfare - Crane client. The Business Management Analysts will provide daily program, analytical, and acquisition management support. This includes providing detail-oriented management of records, business research analysis, and valuation strategies. The analyst will use MS Office applications such as Access databases, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint and Word as well as report writing software to include business intelligence applications. They may also be involved in various administrative tasks.
The analyst will have the following responsibilities:
  • Planning, tracking, and analysis of acquisition requirements.
  • Purchase requisition Input.
  • Monitoring contract performance.
  • Tracking of funds and payment.
  • Preparation and review of acquisition requirements documentation.
  • Preparing meeting minutes.
  • Document handling and storage.
  • Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) reporting.

Salary Range: 40,000-60,000

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • An active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
  • Strong financial and data analytics skills; demonstrated experience with project support, data collection, reporting, recordkeeping and presenting.

  • Ability to manage up; effectively able to identify and mitigate project risks.
