Job description

iLink Business Management is seeking a Bilingual On-Site Manager to acquire qualified employees within a large spectrum of manufacturing, production and logistics, company in the city of White, GA.

We need a team of highly specialized and talented professionals who can keep pace with current growth and create new opportunities for potential candidates.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Bilingual is required (English and Spanish)

JOB DUTIES:

  • Scheduling, Screening, Recruiting, and Interviewing potential candidates
  • On-board and train new employees
  • Responsible to oversee all active associates, attend to their staffing needs, payroll questions, etc.
  • Implement company culture, values, and policies
  • Provide management with requested reports and documents
  • Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
  • Accurately maintain employee files
  • Contacting and communicating with customers via email/phone
  • Complete new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet expectation of the job
  • Inbound and Outbound Calls
  • Review and analyze resumes
  • Attending and scheduling job fairs
  • Conduct Drug Screens
  • Conduct Background Checks
  • Collecting Time, submitting to payroll
  • Meeting the needs and questions of current and future employees

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

1-2 years in as a On-site

· Strong organizational skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

Working overtime and some weekends (must have a flexible schedule) and have own vehicle.

Must be flexible to work 5pm to 2:00am
