Job description

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $55.00hr - $60.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 6-9+ years in business analysis, process consulting, requirements management, or transformation programs.
  • Healthcare domain experience is required, with healthcare payer, claims, member experience, G&A, audit, or regulatory workflow exposure preferred based on track assignment.
  • Experience with process mapping, stakeholder workshops, requirements documentation, and gap analysis.
  • Healthcare payer operations, claims quality, G&A, appeals, regulatory workflows, or audit experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead current-state and future-state process mapping across assigned CXI Client areas.
  • Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements, business rules, controls, and workflow gaps.
  • Capture audit, claims, G&A, and regulatory process details with clear traceability to findings and recommendations.
  • Facilitate or support workshops, summarize decisions, and manage requirement/action follow-ups.
  • Partner with consultants, architects, PMO, and data science teams to align business findings with solution direction.

Nice to Have:

  • CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or similar certification preferred.
