About the program

The Finance Strategy MBA Leadership Development Program consists of a summer associate internship program and a full-time associate program within the Finance Division. Roles provide program participants with exciting, significant, and ambitious work with an encouraging leadership team committed to their professional growth and development.

The project-based summer internship is typically ~12 weeks long from May/June through early/mid-August and provides rising second year MBAs relevant finance experience, insight into the multifaceted airline industry, and a chance to create valuable contributions through revenue improvements and cost savings projects.

Program participants are offered numerous opportunities to learn about their functional areas as well as other parts of the organization. MBA Associates are encouraged to attend speaking events with company executives to gain insight into high level company strategy as well as gain exposure to senior leadership. 

Compensation for this internship is provided at $9,493 per month, subject to applicable taxes and withholdings.
