Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented assistant manager to help the General Manager control operating costs, execute company policies and procedures, and cultivate a fun and productive work environment for all employees. A primary focus will be to maintain an exceptionally clean and well-run restaurant while providing an excellent customer experience for all of our guests.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations to ensure maximized efficiency and communication across all departments
Work with management team to meet sales goals
Help manage food and labor costs
Execute company policies and procedures
Work with the General Manager to support the development of team members, including hiring, training and coaching
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for both staff and guests
Develop core competencies at each position in the store and work positions as needed
Recruit, hire, train and develop a team of cashiers, cooks and other support staff
Support General Manager in effectively communicating issues, concerns and special needs/projects related to the day-to-day business of the store
Ensure fast, accurate, high quality customer service to every guest that comes into our restaurant
Demonstrate excellent teamwork
