Job Description

This Business Analyst will assist the IT Business Management area. The Business Management area has responsibility for developing budgets, forecasts, ad hoc  financial analyses, cost modeling and business cases related to the IT area. The IT Business Management area supports the BCBSM Chief Information Officer.

Top Three Skills/Experience
1. Experience with Microsoft Office suite with extensive experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel  (5 years)
2. Develops financial analyses and business cases identifying issues and cost drivers  (5 years)
3. Developing presentation charts for executives  (5 years)
Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience
- Ability to multi task and flexibility to change with priority realignment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Significant creativity is required.
- A high proficiency level in specific job related skills is required.
- Basic knowledge of business operations required
Preferred Skills/Experience
