Job Description:
Business Intelligence Analysts for Thousand Oaks, CA location. Consult with stakeholders to gather and confirm business and systems requirements for software. Develop and deploy solutions to client user groups and update design and functionality of software. Perform KPI definition and dashboard development. Maintain the deployment, monitoring, development, upgrade, and support of BI/EDW systems, including data architecture, data integration, and security. Analyze accuracy of data presented to BI users through the execution of validation and processes and QA testing procedures. Ensure software practices conform to established organization-wide standards. Educate stakeholders on business intelligence reporting software capabilities. Tech environment: SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL; SQL & Python scripting; Design and development of dynamic dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI & Tableau; CI/CD: Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps; Sprint planning, backlog grooming, user stories, and retrospectives; JIRA; Confluence; Microsoft Teams; Trello.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering or related field plus 3 years of experience with BI/analytics/ETL required. Required: 3 years with each: Business requirements analysis, KPI definition and dashboard development; Data validation and quality assurance; SQL Server; Oracle; MySQL; SQL & Python scripting; develop dynamic dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI & Tableau; CI/CD: GitHub, Azure DevOps Experience must include: requirements gathering; design of dashboard, Sprint planning, backlog grooming, user stories, and retrospectives; JIRA; Confluence; Microsoft Teams; Git; Trello. Some telecommuting permitted.
Salary + Benefits:
