THE POSITIONย 

ย The Junior Developer will support the development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of digital products that power the organizationโ€™s operations, customer experiences, and internal tools. Contributing to building and supporting digital platforms across multiple departments. The position will work closely with analytics, technology, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable digital solutions.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES ย ย 

  • Assist in the development and deployment of digital products, including web applications, internal tools, dashboards, automation systems, and customer-facing platforms.
  • Build and maintain digital solutions that support key business areas including ticketing, venue operations, entertainment, marketing campaigns, business intelligence, food & beverage operations, and customer service platforms.
  • Maintain and support websites, applications, and other digital touchpoints, ensuring performance, reliability, and usability.
  • Implement new features, improvements, and bug fixes across digital platforms and applications.
  • Contribute to the development of modern web applications using current frameworks and technologies.
  • Assist with integrating data services, APIs, and third-party platforms into digital products.
  • Support the infrastructure and environments used to deploy and operate digital applications.
  • Ensure digital products follow security, compliance, and development best practices.
  • Monitor system performance and reliability, proactively identifying and resolving technical issues.
  • Manage backups, version control, and system recovery processes to ensure system stability and protection of digital assets.
  • Document system architecture, deployment processes, and technical workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

AI & Automation Responsibilities

  • Leverage AI and AI-powered development tools to improve development efficiency and product capabilities.
  • Assist in integrating AI-driven features into digital products where appropriate, such as automation tools, data insights, and customer-facing applications.
  • Utilize modern AI-assisted development platforms and tools to accelerate development, testing, and deployment workflows.
  • Stay current on emerging AI technologies and AI-assisted software development practices.

Technical Skills & Technologies

Experience or familiarity with modern development tools and frameworks such as:

  • JavaScript / TypeScript

    THE INDIVIDUALย ย 

    ย The ideal individual will have the following background:ย 

    • 1โ€“3 years of experience in software development, web development, or application development (including internships, co-op, or personal projects).
    • Strong understanding of modern programming languages and frameworks, particularly JavaScript ecosystems and Python.
    • Familiarity with modern web development frameworks such as React or Next.js.
    • Basic understanding of software architecture, APIs, and cloud-based applications.
    • Knowledge of security best practices, backups, and system maintenance.
    • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Interest in emerging technologies including AI and AI-enabled development tools.
