About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our team, supporting multiple business segments across the organization. This role plays a key part in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization through reporting, analytics, process improvement, and operational support.
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will partner with cross-functional teams to support sales planning initiatives, maintain critical sales resources, and provide insights that drive business performance. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and collaborative, with a passion for solving problems and improving processes.
Responsibilities
  • Supporting key metrics tracking and reporting for the Sales and Services organization.
  • Delivering operational initiatives including sales goaling, variable compensation, territory design, and sales performance reporting.
  • Developing and maintaining sales resources, including Outlook distribution lists, SharePoint sites, contract management tools, and pricing documentation.
  • Providing sales tracking, reporting, and analytical support to leadership and business partners.
  • Ensuring data integrity and consistency across reporting systems to support accurate business insights.
  • Assessing existing workflows, processes, and systems to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Operations, Finance, Variable Compensation, IT, and Human Resources to improve processes and support organizational objectives.
  • Documenting operational processes and maintaining workflow documentation to support consistency and knowledge sharing.
  • Contributing to projects that enhance sales effectiveness and operational performance.
  • Building strong working relationships across departments to support cross-functional collaboration and successful execution of business initiatives.

Requirements
  • Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Have the ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM applications.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $59,200 - $98,600. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
