Position Summary
IONNA is seeking a Senior Manager, Portfolio Execution to drive alignment, accountability, and execution across the company's portfolio of strategic initiatives. This role will serve as a central coordinator for cross-functional efforts, ensuring priorities are clearly defined, dependencies are actively managed, and key business objectives are achieved.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at bringing structure to complex initiatives, and has a proven ability to influence outcomes across multiple teams. This individual will partner closely with leaders across Real Estate Development, Site Acquisition, Deployment, Construction, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Product to improve execution, increase organizational effectiveness, and support the continued growth of IONNA's charging network.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Management & Execution
  • Maintain visibility across the company's portfolio of strategic initiatives and ensure progress remains aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Develop and manage execution plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items for critical business initiatives.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple departments to drive accountability and timely delivery.
  • Escalate risks, resource constraints, and roadblocks while facilitating resolution.

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Serve as a trusted partner to business leaders across Real Estate Development, Site Acquisition, Deployment, Construction, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Product.
  • Align stakeholders around priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, business reviews, and decision-making forums.
  • Drive follow-through on commitments and ensure decisions are effectively communicated and executed.

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
  • Evaluate existing workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency.
  • Design and implement standardized processes, governance frameworks, and operating procedures.
  • Improve visibility into business performance through reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics.
  • Establish best practices that enable the organization to scale effectively.

Analytics & Reporting
  • Develop executive-level reporting, presentations, and business reviews.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and communicate progress against organizational goals.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve execution and business outcomes.

Organizational Effectiveness
  • Drive initiatives that improve collaboration, transparency, and accountability across teams.
  • Support change management efforts related to new processes, systems, and organizational initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline.

Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in operations, strategic initiatives, business management, consulting, portfolio management, or related functions.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to influence outcomes and drive accountability without direct authority.

Preferred
  • Experience in EV charging, energy, infrastructure development, real estate, construction, telecommunications, or other asset-intensive industries.
  • Experience supporting high-growth organizations.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Monday.com, Power BI, Tableau, or similar business systems.
  • Experience building operational reporting, governance processes, and executive dashboards.
