About this opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Funder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and managing wire requests, communicating with title companies, and ensuring the timely and accurate funding of mortgage loans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage wire requests in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Communicate with title companies via email and phone to coordinate funding activities.

  • Review and verify information to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures.

  • Follow up on outstanding items and resolve issues as needed.

  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.

Location and Schedule
  • This is a full-time, office-based position available in either our office in Troy, MI or our HQ in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

  • Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business systems.

  • Associate's degree or higher is an advantage.
