Job Summary:

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers. This role supports the sales team by building a pipeline of leads through outbound outreach and strategic engagement. The BDR works closely with the Sr. Account Executive to ensure alignment with sales objectives and market strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients and target markets.
  • Initiate outbound communication via phone, email, and social platforms to generate interest.
  • Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain detailed records of outreach activities and lead status in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and improve lead conversion.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics related to lead generation and engagement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and company offerings.

Preferred Qualifications:
