We're looking for a motivated, high-energy Business Development Lead who is ready to hunt for new opportunities, grow strong client partnerships, and drive real business growth in a fast-paced, relationship-driven industry.

In this role, you'll connect with decision-makers, develop new business opportunities, and collaborate with an experienced internal team to deliver solutions that make an impact. The right person is confident, socially driven, resilient under pressure, and energized by closing deals and exceeding goals. If you enjoy networking, creating opportunities where others see obstacles, and winning through persistence and strategy, you'll fit right in.

We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, competitive, and eager to grow their career with a company that values initiative, teamwork, and results. Experience in sales, business development, or the foodservice industry is a plus - but mindset, drive, and the ability to build lasting relationships are what matter most

Requirements

The Business Development Lead is a pivotal role responsible for driving sales and enhancing customer relationships within the food service industry. This position requires a proactive and creative approach to driving sales by developing new relationships while strengthening existing client partnerships through value-added and exceptional customer service. This role will work collaboratively as a team member within the department and the broader organization, performing any assigned duties that best serve the company's objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or equitable working experience.

Proven track record of success in business development, sales or account management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Software.

Able and willing to travel as needed.

Requires a valid driver's license, a reliable personal vehicle, and proof of current vehicle insurance. Employees will be responsible for all associated vehicle expenses.Â
