Sales Rep | Account Executive | Business Development | Relationship-Based Sales | Uncapped Commission

CFS is seeking a driven, client-facing Business Development / Account Manager in Fort Wayne. If you’re energized by building relationships, developing new business, and growing accounts, this is a high-impact sales role with unlimited earning potential.

This is a true relationship-focused sales position—you’ll develop new clients, earn their trust, and become their go-to partner for staffing and recruiting solutions. You’ll sell directly to HR, finance, and accounting leaders, helping them solve hiring challenges while you grow your own book of business.

From the first conversation to long-term account management, you’ll own the entire sales cycle and continue to strengthen client relationships long after placements are made.

  • Build and grow a pipeline through outbound sales, prospecting, and cold calling
