Your Role

DINAMIQS BD Manager This role requires a candidate who can translate complex technical and commercial information into high-quality proposals for the cell and gene therapy space. Recruiters should prioritize candidates with strong scientific credibility, proven proposal-writing experience, and a track record of independently driving deliverables to completion. Ideal candidate profile: The ideal candidate combines scientific depth in viral vectors or cell and gene therapy with the ability to turn technical and commercial inputs into clear, persuasive proposal content. They are highly self-directed, dependable, and comfortable working across functions, with the judgment to synthesize complex information quickly and produce polished deliverables with minimal supervision. Candidates who also understand customer needs, business development dynamics, and the broader gene therapy landscape will be especially strong fits.

Your Profile

Duties Own the proposal-writing process and lead the preparation of client proposals in close collaboration with business development, subject matter experts, project management, and executive stakeholders Organize and synthesize market intelligence to support the business development team Translate market needs into effective marketing materials and messaging Own and maintain corporate slide presentations Prepare marketing collateral in both electronic and print formats Contribute to website content development

Support business development by helping identify sales opportunities and interacting with potential customers

Qualifications

Required qualifications Demonstrated technical acumen in viral vectors, with enough scientific depth to understand and communicate complex development and manufacturing topics Proven experience writing complex, high-quality proposals in a technical or biopharmaceutical environment Professional, self-directed working style with strong motivation and the ability to operate with limited oversight Consistent track record of following through on assignments and delivering work to completion

Preferred qualifications Knowledge of the cell and gene therapy market, including key trends, players, and customer needs Experience working in project management or in close partnership with project management teams

Additional qualifications More than five years of business development experience, or at least 10 years of experience working closely with business development teams Established network within the gene therapy developer community Marketing experience that supports positioning, messaging, and proposal development Experience collaborating with European-based teams in a cross-functional environment

Target Salary Range

$130,000- 165,000
