Job Overview:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for leading new business endeavors. As the Business Development Manager you will be expected to be creative and self driven for success. This opening will give you the opportunity to build business relationships with key members of the local community. You will play a huge role in generating leads for Acquisitions. If you are someone who has a proven track record of building long lasting business relationships and have a working knowledge of the Real Estate industry, please read the following responsibilities and requirements 

Responsibilities 

  • Build and maintain relationships with external resources such as, Local Banks, Assisted Living Homes, Local Mortgage Companies, Investors, and various other consultants 
  • Report on new business activities to the Senior Team at weekly meetings
  • Visiting local businesses and informing them of our services and referral programs
  • Develop relationships with prospects by calling, and keeping prospects up-to-date on services or events
  • Coordinate available resources and create opportunities to market to new prospects
  • Collaborate with Senior Team members to develop sales strategies
  • Develop relationships with key community members, to maintain and grow your business
  • Attending and participating in industry workshops and sponsored events
  • Maintaining client relationships through superior client customer service
  • A successful candidate will be a brand ambassador for TN Homebuyers and have an existing network of business relationships to bring to the company 
  • Become an expert all services provided by TN HomeBuyers

What you need

  • Approximately 5+ years of experience in Business Development 
  • Proven ability to collaborate with partner business/technology teams while influencing decision-making/prioritization/timelines
  • Detail-oriented and resilient with ability to persevere to solve obstacles; strong time management/organizational skills to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Must possess strong analytical, strategic, pipeline management, decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to demonstrate persistence and overcome obstacles; measure self against standard of excellence; recognize and act on opportunities; set and achieve challenging goals; take calculated risks to accomplish goals
  • Ability to adapt strategy to changing conditions; analyze market and competition; develop strategies to achieve organizational goals; identify external threats and opportunities; understand organization's strengths & weaknesses
