Role: Development Project Coordinator
Reports To: Director, Development & Donor Relations
Status: Regular/exempt, full-time

About the Role
The Development Project Coordinator is an organized, detail-oriented team member who keeps the engine of The Fund's fundraising operation running. Supporting the Director, Development & Donor Relations, this person manages the behind-the-scenes work that enables strong donor relationships.

What You'll Do

· Streamline donor action management and acknowledgment processes

· Use and edit reports, segmented lists, and other data fields to support fundraising campaigns and events

· Assist in drafting donor communications, appeals, and stewardship correspondence

· Support the Development department and Committee in any way, including meeting prep and donor bio summaries

· Help with the planning and execution of donor events

· Assist with foundation correspondence

· Support project coordination by tracking timelines, tasks, and deliverables, helping ensure projects stay organized and move forward smoothly

· Serve as a point of contact for donor inquiries as needed

· Perform all other duties as assigned and required

What We're Looking For

· Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, or a related field

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Familiarity working in a CRM or donor database

· Clear, warm communication style both in person and in writing

· Comfortable working in a small, mission-driven organization where everyone wears multiple hats and supports each other

· Genuine interest in building a career in development and donor relations

· A car and a valid Massachusetts driver's license are required for travel as assigned
