R&D Project CoordinatorLocation: Oro Valley, AZ
Pay Rate: $37/hr / First Shift
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to drive the on-time delivery of documentation and other critical project deliverables in accordance with established product development and design change processes. This position works closely with engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders, leading the planning, scheduling, tracking, and management of project deliverables to meet quality system standards.
In this role, you will leverage specialized expertise in change control and project management to support multiple projects, interfacing with internal teams and external partners (such as vendors and consultants) to ensure successful project completion on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and track project deliverables to ensure documentation and outputs are completed according to timelines and company standards.
  • Coordinate project schedules, track milestones, and facilitate communication between engineering and other functional teams.
  • Ensure all project documents are complete, consistent, and comply with quality system requirements.
  • Interface with internal and external resources to address project needs, resolve issues, and ensure project success.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 1+ year of relevant experience.
  • Project management or project coordination experience is required.
  • Hands-on experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities.
  • Positive, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing processes and projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work with scientists and engineers from varying disciplines to drive tasks to completion on time.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a regulated industry.
  • Experience in an engineering-related environment.
  • Familiarity with design control and change control processes.
  • Understanding of Agile development methodology.
