We are a large, well-established physiatry practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care across multiple healthcare settings. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Business Development Representative to help strengthen our market presence, develop strategic partnerships, and support sustainable growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who excels at networking, building long-term relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, and other referral sources.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the practice's footprint and patient base.
  • Serve as a key liaison between healthcare partners and the practice.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and educational events with potential referral partners.
  • Track and report business development activities, pipeline progress, and growth metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with clinical and operational leadership to support strategic initiatives.
  • Represent the practice at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
