Position Summary...Join Walmart as a Senior Manager, Business Development and play a pivotal role in shaping our content strategy for FAST, AVOD, and Curated Channels. This is a unique opportunity to drive impactful partnerships, negotiate high-value content deals, and influence the future of digital entertainment at scale. The Senior Manager will be a deal closer and a point of contact for all business questions related to VIZIO’s ad-supported content business.
The Senior Manager will build strong relationships with VIZIO’s content partners to ensure VIZIO is up to date on all available and new release content. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure Content Acquisitions is well informed on the programming needs of the organization related to programming stunts, marketing initiatives, content gaps, best performers, etc.What you'll do...
  • Lead deal generation and negotiation with content partners for FAST, AVOD, and Curated Channels. 

  • Develop and execute acquisition roadmaps based on content needs. 

  • Manage contract redlining and collaborate with Legal during negotiations. 

  • Analyze performance data to identify best practices and present insights to partners. 

  
What You’ll Bring: 

  • Proven experience in direct deal negotiations and content licensing. 

  • Strong relationships with major studios and content providers. 

  • Expertise in contract negotiations, including minimum guarantees and license fees. 

  • Deep understanding of partnership valuation and content windowing. 

  • Ability to leverage data to drive business decisions and new initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00
